I know it’s been a while since I’ve written anything. Just like everyone else in the world it’s been a very busy Christmas season with not a lot of time to focus on my blog. I am looking forward to 2012 with new adventures and goals in life. I am looking forward to trying some new recipes and really getting creative with my cooking and eating!
I hope everyone out there had a wonderful Christmas and am sending my wishes from Kentucky to a very special New Year.
